Patterns of behavior develop over our life and some can severely hinder our relationships and general well-being. Learning to change associations and face our fears or adjust our thinking takes time, patience and a trained mental health professional. Effective treatments can make your life more fulfilling.

My professional background

I am originally from Paris, France where I was professor of clinical and health psychology and directed several research projects on anxiety, mood disorders, addiction and trauma. The findings of my research have been published in nearly 50 articles in scientific journals and I have authored 5 books. Below are some of my professional highlights.
